Have you met the love of my life
His name is Paw. So he's not as cool as an owl but he's pretty damn handsome. We rescued Paw in a way. He was used for breeding. Though he liked the humping, it took him weeks to not get busy with our legs. Sadly he was kept confined so he had gnarly arthritis. With a little love and exercise he's all good.

Auction Owls
While perusing Craigslist I found a link for the Mckinney Auction House. Where we discovered these owls at an estate auction. We picked these fellows up for a whopping $3 dollars. Granted we did have to drive two hours to Denison. And if you know anything about Texas geography thats pretty much Oklahoma. It was actually a fun little trip. We stopped in Sherman and checked out their A Touch of Class Antique Mall. Where I got a lovely diamond ring from the 1940s. Sherman is an amusing little city with their Watson Burger and Hot and Creamy Donuts. They also have an amazing old cemetery if your into that sort of thing.
We found this candle owl the next day at A Salvation Army in Irving.
Looks just like the auction owls. Can any one say score? On a side note Irving super sketchy thrift experience. I say avoid this area all together!

Owl Cookie Jar
We love all things owl related. Some people just collect cookie jars, or resin owls, or glass owls. You get my drift but we just collect owls in general. Sometimes a cookie jar catches our eye. We had seen this fellow on numerous occasions but he was always a bit pricey. Then one day Matt's mom found this fellow at a thrift store for under $10 bucks. All I can say is SCORE!

The Retro Owl Almost Enjoyed Hawaii
This spring we visited Hawaii and sadly came home with no owls. We did however come home blistered, sunburned, and exhausted. Here are some random photos.
Cowboy Owl
I always wanted to be in a magazine
I always wanted to see myself in print. Though I never thought it would be for being deemed too offensive for an amusement park. I was hoping to someday do something extraordinary. But alas I'm still young so there's still time for that. Pick up the September edition of Inked magazine.
Dope Owl Tattoos
Obviously I love owls. So I needed an owl tattoo. This bad boy was done by Nick Ley. It has a mustache and skateboard for my lovely husband Matthew Osborn. Oh and he's all things mediocre.
This next one is my mother in law Kim's. She got an owl representing Matthew and I. It too has a dope mustache. It was done by a fellow named Tristan Bradshaw.
